Stephen McLeroy, 67, of Lower Paxton Township, and Devin Messina, 30, of Derry Township, were in a silver 2003 Ford Escape SUV with four other people when the crash occurred on the 7000 block of the roadway in Harrisburg, according to the outlet and state officials.
Four other occupants were hurt and hospitalized for treatment, according to the outlet.
The westbound lanes remained closed following the crash in the area of the 6900 block of Allentown Boulevard, West Hanover Township for nearly four hours on Friday, according to Pennsylvania state police trooper Megan Ammerman.
